I established Pritchard Commercial Services Limited after over 10 years’ experience working within the construction industry, I have held numerous positions throughout my professional career, working for various companies ranging from specialist sub-contractors through to main contractors and multi-disciplined building companies, working in a variety of sectors. I have undertaken a multitude of roles including Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Project Management and Operational Managerial roles throughout these various employments. With this wealth of experience and knowledge that I have obtained throughout the years, I believe that I can provide a competent support service for contractors, developers and private customers alike. I am a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor however, I feel that with my experience, knowledge and drive I can provide much more than Quantity Surveying services to your company.
