PCS Ltd was appointed to deliver a rear extension at Vaughan Terrace, enhancing the existing property with a modern, light-filled living space.
The project aimed to maximise natural light and improve the connection between the internal living area and the external courtyard, creating a functional and contemporary environment within a constrained footprint. The scheme incorporated non-traditional construction methods, including pad foundations with a steel sub-base frame, with the extension constructed using a timber frame system.
